We are looking for an Apprentice for Digital Industry, ** **in Milan who will be trained in **2 years** as** **Junior Xcelerator Program Manager

**Your Challenge

As **Xcelerator Junior Program **you will support the Xcelerator Program Manager and the Digital Enterprise Team in the following main activities:

- Act as central contact person for the HQ regionalization team, with responsibility to communicate overall program status, highlight challenges and give continuous feedback to the global team;

- Identify local target and milestone to effectively support the Xcelerator roll out in Italy for all Siemens Businesses (Digital Industry and Smart Infrastructures);

- Support sales organization in driving Xcelerator messages to the customers;

- keep it aligned, coordinate local team and establish an efficient working model;

- Identify local use case and references to localize Xcelerator Market Place;

- Support local organization in the partner onboarding process;

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background

- Engineering Degree;

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Ability to work in a changing environment

- Passion to never-stop growing

- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

- Eligibility to work in Italy
