As Acquera Yachting continues to expand, we are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Yacht Operations Agent for our offices in two prestigious locations in Venice, Italy!Role:A Yacht Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations, ensuring smooth satisfactions for both crew and guests.

This role involves managing logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, handling guest services, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains and crew membersUnderstand client's needs and coordinate a smooth yacht's operations processPlan and sell the best possible travel destination, accommodations, organization of events and services in general according to client's needsUse promotional techniques and prepare promotional materialsNetwork with our operators or specialists in this fieldOversee the logistical aspects of Yacht Operations, including provisioning and crew servicesCollaborate with local service providers to secure necessary resources for Yacht OperationsRequirements: 2+ years of experiences in the Turism areaProficiency in English; additional languages are a plusFlexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, as neededIn-depth knowledge of the lagoon city and its unique characteristicsContract and remunerations will be determined according to the profile.
