For one of our clients in Brussels, we are looking for an employee Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to HR Managers and Business Managers, supporting them with all recruitment-related queries. You will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the best talent is brought on board.
Your tasks: Proactively search for candidates using various tools and methodologies. Effectively create and maintain a talent pool of active candidates for current and future positions. Build and nurture a valuable network within the engineering sector. Oversee campus & alumni activities, and create partnerships with relevant engineering organizations (universities, groups, etc. ) to expand our client's network. Manage the intake process with the Human Resources department. Serve as the first point of contact for Business Managers and HR Managers. Write compelling and creative job descriptions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sourcing methods and tools. Your experience: You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as recruitment, business, engineering, human resources, etc. You have 0 to 4 years of experience in recruitment activities (Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, or Consulting). You are proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter. You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus. You are both reactive and proactive, often suggesting new initiatives. You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and able to think outside the box. What can you expect as a recruiter for our client?
