The **Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP)** is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.
We are currently looking for recent graduates to join our **HR Department** while being part of this international community of young talents.

**What You Need to Be Successful
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar fields
- Less than 18 months of professional experience
- Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
- Innate aptitude for teamwork
- Attention to details and analytical mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, ideally with a proven ability to craft engaging and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Personal drive and results orientation.
