The ZTD GMS Site & BP Lead will collaborate with GMS functions and ZTD teams to identify, develop, and deliver digital and analytics capabilities in support of ZTD, GMS and corporate goals and strategies:

- Strategy and Business Results from digital and technology investments

- Business Partnership with local and global teams to achieve common goals.

- ZTD Problem resolution and provide comprehensive feedback to the business

- Digital & Analytics to deliver long term digital strategy.

- Solution development to meet business related requirements.

- Documentation development, routine and status reports.

- Compliance and audit readiness (periodic review data integrity)

- Benchmarking to identify areas of opportunities in ZTD GMS

- A minimum of 5 years' experience pharmaceutical manufacturing operations

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience in Project management and project management tools (e. g.

MS Project)

- Experience in Lean IT or continuous improvement processes (Six Sigma)

- Understanding of GMP requirements as related to manufacturing operations and information systems

- Customer focus

- Strategic thinking and analytical skills

- Negotiation skills

- Fluency in Italian & English (written and spoken) is

- Experience with System Development Life Cycle methodologies

- Seizes accountability
